my car continues to stall out. i replaced the Bank 1

my car continues to stall out. i replaced the Bank 1 O^2sensor, and continues to stall. One mechanic said the computer should be reset after he hooked up his diagnostic system to the nissan but was not able to reset it with his equip. He told me to see a nissan dealer cause they prob. would have the equip. to reset it. Their diagnostic system said my O^2 sensor was bad. so i replaced it. still same problem as before. any answers?
