2001 altima the engine idles rough but seems ok at higher rpm. i get codes p0300, p0303, p0110, p0325, and p1336. i have changed the maf sensor, distributer, cap, rotor, plugs, wires, front o2 sensor, and the fuel filter. does anyone know what might be causing this problem

p0300 is multi cyl missfire

p0303 is cylender 3 missfire

p0110 is intake air temp sensor. <--- you probably cause this code by replaceing air flow meter. ignore it for now.

p0325 is knock sensor. probably does need a knock sensor. but lets fix the problems first and see if it comes back.

p1336, is fluctuation from the crank sensor. probably caused by the missfire.

all in all, I think your intake gasket is leaking. spray carburator cleaner around intake gasket while engine is running and listen for a change in idle or a air sucking noise.
